Mission

 

 

After the better part of his career with two prominent healthcare program management firms, one of which is a publicly traded company, in 2014 Chip Cogswell formed his own firm, Cogswell, LLC. His goal was to provide a higher level of client service while not being distracted by the constant pressure to win new business, grow revenues, and the bottom line. Our firm's expertise is locally driven but nationally informed and we bring the best practices in project management to a client's facility to drive on-target solutions. The result: facility solutions that are better, faster, coordinated, and fiscally responsible.  

 

At Cogswell, LLC, we are not satisfied with the traditional approach to program management that only looks at budget and schedule. Instead, we focus on driving balanced solutions that are fiscally responsible. We recognize that in order to be financially successful, a project must be designed to support the delivery of care. We unite internal and external stakeholders in a shared vision for a built environment that reinvents best practices for the patient experience and clinical, support and administrative processes in support of a top-performing hospital.
