Chip founded Cogswell, LLC to help healthcare clients overcome the challenges and uncertainties of a rapidly changing market. Chip has long been recognized for his ability to facilitate collaboration and teamwork focused on delivering on-target solutions that fulfill short and long term facility objectives.
Not satisfied with the traditional approach to program manage-ment that only looks at budget and schedule, Chip believes in driving balanced solutions that optimize operational efficiencies, patient experience and quality outcomes. His depth of experience and collaborative approach are well-matched to the dynamic changes in healthcare. His results are facility solutions that are better, faster, coordinated and fiscally responsible.
Bruce's sole focus is on the management of healthcare capital projects, working closely with his clients and project teams to position, budget, schedule, value engineer and manage their healthcare projects. With his background of 17 years as a healthcare architect, he manages the multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, consultants and contractors from team selection through design, and construction.
Bruce has served as a National Director with a global real estate company as a leader of their healthcare program management practice, where he was responsible for the leadership of a regional Project Management Team and the daily management of high profile projects as the Project Executive.
Jerry Turner
Principal
Jerry has over 35 years in Healthcare facility design and planning and has practiced extensively both domestically and internationally. Jerry brings an entire career dedicated to healthcare and will prove to be invaluable in his leadership of the project team, his relationship to clients and his commitment to their projects. He has been involved in leading and managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. As the direct liaison between the Owner and the entire project team, Jerry assures that all aspects of the clients’ program and design goals are satisfied.
